Paper doll
This was an MCAD project where I spent an entire semester on developing a business of my choosing. Below, you’ll see the business plan that I created for Paper Doll, a mother-focussed business, and all of the research and interviews that went into it.
Present moment
At MCAD I worked with Present Moment, a small business in South Minneapolis. While helping Present Moment, I created a customer journey map and personas to help better understand their customer base and the different ways of reaching out to them.
